Common questions
Does this replace advice from DHA, DOH or MOHAP?
No. It is a working checklist so nothing is missed. Approval rules change and each licensing authority has its own process, so always confirm the current requirement with the authority that licenses your facility before an ad goes live.
Can clinics use remarketing on Google?
Google treats personal health as a sensitive interest category under its personalised advertising policy, and advertisers promoting in those categories cannot use advertiser-curated audiences such as remarketing lists. The checklist explains what you can use instead.
Is it only for aesthetic clinics?
No. It covers dental, dermatology, aesthetic and general outpatient clinics. Sections that apply only to aesthetics are marked.
