Who wrote this: Big AL Consulting, a Dubai paid ads agency that runs LinkedIn Ads for B2B companies. We are on this list and we put ourselves first, so read our entry with that in mind. Every other entry describes what that agency's own website says, checked on 5 November 2026. We have not used their services, and none of them paid to be here.

A B2B company selling across the Gulf rarely has one market. A software firm in Dubai may sell to banks in Riyadh, a logistics group in Jeddah may want buyers in Doha and Kuwait City, and each country has its own buyers, its own language mix and its own sales owner. LinkedIn is the platform that reaches those buyers by job title, seniority and company, so the agency you pick has to handle more than one country well. This list covers agencies that publish a LinkedIn ads page and work in at least one GCC country. If you want the checks rather than the names, read our guide on how to choose a LinkedIn Ads agency in Dubai.

How we built this list

  • We searched for agencies with a LinkedIn advertising or B2B LinkedIn service page and a base in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman.
  • On 5 November 2026 we opened each agency's own LinkedIn service page and kept only the ones whose page loaded and described paid LinkedIn work.
  • We dropped agencies whose site had no LinkedIn ads page, and one whose LinkedIn page was about building company profiles rather than running ads.
  • After our own entry, agencies are ordered by how many GCC countries their own pages cover, widest first. Ties go to the page that mentions Arabic, then to alphabetical order.
  • We did not check LinkedIn's partner directory, so no entry here claims LinkedIn partner status. Ask any agency to show you its listing.

What GCC B2B teams should look for

One campaign per country. Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar should not share one campaign. Budgets drift to the cheapest country, and the report hides which market produced pipeline. Ask for separate campaigns, or at least separate reporting, per country.

Arabic where the buyer reads Arabic. In Dubai most B2B audiences work in English. Saudi government-linked buyers and family groups often expect Arabic. The agency should say which markets get Arabic ads, who writes them, and how they are tested against English.

Small audiences handled with care. Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman have far fewer LinkedIn members than the UAE or Saudi Arabia. Stack too many filters there and a campaign cannot spend. A good agency widens the audience by job function or company list instead of guessing.

Leads routed to the right sales owner. A lead from Riyadh that lands in a Dubai inbox two days later is a lost lead. Lead Gen Forms should sync to your CRM with the country recorded, so the right person calls back the same day.

Pipeline sent back to LinkedIn. The agency should send qualified and won stages from your CRM back to LinkedIn through the Conversions API, so campaigns learn from deals rather than form fills.

Five questions to put to any of them

  1. Which countries will run as separate campaigns, and how will I see pipeline per country?

  2. Who writes the Arabic ads for Saudi buyers, and are they tested against English?

  3. How will you keep small audiences in Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman large enough to spend?

4When a lead comes in from Riyadh or Doha, who gets it, and how fast?

  1. Which CRM stages will you send back to LinkedIn through the Conversions API?

An agency that answers all five in writing, with names and dates, is worth a meeting. One that answers with impressions and click-through rates is not.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Which LinkedIn Ads agency is best for GCC B2B brands?

We put Big AL Consulting first because we wrote this list, so treat that as our view, not a neutral verdict. The right agency for you runs each GCC country as its own campaign, writes Arabic where your buyers read it, syncs Lead Gen Forms to your CRM with the country recorded, and sends qualified and won stages back to LinkedIn.

Q. Do I need a separate agency for Saudi Arabia?

Not if one agency runs Saudi Arabia as its own campaign, with copy written for Saudi buyers and a sales owner who calls Saudi leads the same day. Ask to see a Saudi campaign it runs today. If it only shows UAE work, look at an agency with Saudi work on its own pages.

Q. Should LinkedIn ads in the GCC run in Arabic?

In the UAE most B2B buyers use LinkedIn in English, so English usually comes first. Run Arabic ads where your buyers read Arabic, often in Saudi Arabia and with government-linked buyers, and test them in their own campaign rather than mixing languages in one ad set.

Q. How did you choose the agencies on this list?

We searched for agencies with a LinkedIn advertising page and a base in a GCC country, opened each agency's own LinkedIn page on 5 November 2026, and kept those whose page described paid LinkedIn work. After our own entry they are ordered by how many GCC countries their own pages cover.

Q. Are these agencies LinkedIn Marketing Partners?

We did not check LinkedIn's partner directory, so this list makes no partner claims. Ask each agency to show you its listing in LinkedIn's Marketing Partner directory before you sign.

Q. How much do LinkedIn ads cost in the GCC?

LinkedIn sets prices in its own auction, and no published study gives reliable click prices for GCC countries, so this page quotes none. Judge the channel on cost per qualified opportunity against your deal value, country by country.
